KITTED CANADA offers free shipping on most of our products. Items that are overweight or oversized packages additional shipping charges may be applied. For orders to certain remote locations that shipping is harder for couriers to reach additional fees may be applied. In all cases we will personally reach out to the customer to inform them for approval of any additional fees.

Most 'In Stock' items that are unopened and unused can be returned within 30 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. However, electronic products are eligible for return within 7 days. Please note that certain items such as special orders, wheels, and painted products cannot be returned. All returns must be in saleable condition, and final approval rests with KITTED CANADA Returns Department. Items returned in poor condition will not be accepted. It's essential to inspect all merchandise for damage or missing parts before installation. Returns won't be accepted for items damaged due to improper installation or mishandling by the customer. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
